Check your Odoo setup before choosing a plan

Live preflight and execution require external API access. For Odoo Online, check that your subscription includes it; Odoo documents this on its Custom plan. For Odoo.sh or a self-hosted installation, verify the integration user’s permissions and test your installed modules in a sandbox.

Start with contacts and simple product catalogs. A selectable record type is not a certification of every version or installed module. Read Odoo’s API requirements or try our synthetic walkthrough.

How does AI usage work?

Your organization shares one credit balance across its projects and seats; Mappy plans and AI mapping reviews draw on the same balance. Choose an available model and review the maximum credit estimate before approving a run. The final charge follows reported usage up to that maximum; failed reviews use no credits. Built-in mapping and validation are included in every plan and work without AI.

Allowances reset each calendar month in UTC, including on annual plans, and unused monthly credits do not roll over. If you need more, the organization owner can buy 500 prepaid credits for $15. Prepaid credits do not expire, but require an active paid AI plan to use. There are no automatic overage charges.

These are our launch prices and allowances. We’ll give existing subscribers notice of changes before renewal; a prepaid annual term keeps its purchased price and allowance for that term.

What counts as an active project?

An active project is a client workspace you can work in. When an engagement wraps up, archive it to make room for the next one. You can restore it when you have capacity; archiving keeps the data and still uses storage.

How do I get started?

Choose a plan above and complete payment through Stripe, then set your password and confirm your email. Your organization is created with the subscription you paid for; there is no free trial or card-free access. Team members join on your seats through an invitation and do not pay separately. If a subscription lapses, billing settings remain accessible so you can resume.

What are the processing limits?

Source files are limited to 50 MB. Migration plans currently support up to 10,000 rows and 50 steps. Test your representative dataset before committing to a migration.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The billing portal lets the organization owner cancel renewal. Paid access continues through the current billing period. Cancellation does not immediately delete project data.
